Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Sudoku Battle (the "Service"). By downloading, accessing or using the Service, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Accounts

You may sign in via Google, Apple or Email (verified through Firebase). You are responsible for safeguarding your account and for all activity under it. Do not impersonate others or provide false information.

3. Gameplay & Virtual Items

Coins, themes and items within the Service are virtual items for in-game use only. They have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred or refunded, except where required by law.

4. Advertising

The Service may display third-party advertising (e.g. Google AdMob). Some features may be unlocked by watching reward ads or using items.

5. Fair Play

Cheating software, mods, bots and exploitation of bugs to gain an unfair advantage are prohibited. We may restrict, suspend or terminate accounts that violate this rule.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service's code, interface, artwork, trademarks and content belong to VStream Technology Limited or its licensors and may not be reproduced, distributed or modified without authorization.

7. Changes & Termination

We may add, modify, suspend or discontinue all or part of the Service at any time without individual notice.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". We do not warrant that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for your particular needs.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time and post updates on this page. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the place of registration of VStream Technology Limited (details to be confirmed).
